Hudson joins BEESY with 7+ years of academic and consulting experience. He is skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Passionate about applied behavioral science, he enjoys discovering people insights and leveraging them to better understand the drivers underlying business outcomes.
Prior to BEESY, Hudson was a Graduate Fellow for Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC), where he worked as a process consultant to identify challenges and barriers to the Command’s knowledge management processes. Using these insights, he contributed to the implementation of best practices for improved communication and cross-functional collaboration across the Command.
Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Louisiana Tech University.
When not conducting research, Hudson enjoys camping, fishing, and hiking around some of Tennessee’s many state parks.
