Analyst/Senior Analyst

Associate/Senior Associate, Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our healthcare market research division. In this role, you will support the Sr. Manager of Operations in vendor management, respondent recruitment, and team coordination efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional with a passion for healthcare research to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. 


  1. Vendor Support: 
    • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with external vendors that provide respondents for healthcare market research studies. 
    • Support contract negotiations, service level agreement (SLA) discussions, and pricing negotiations with vendors to ensure efficient respondent recruitment services. 
    • Collaborate with vendors to track project timelines and quality standards, reporting any issues to the Sr. Manager. 
    • Assist in assessing vendor capabilities and researching potential new partnerships to expand respondent resources. 
  2. Respondent Recruitment: 
    • Work closely with the research teams to understand their qualitative and quantitative research requirements, including specific respondent profiles (e.g., doctors, patients, nurses, practice managers, payers). 
    • Contribute to the development and execution of respondent recruitment strategies. 
    • Assist in the recruitment process to identify and engage potential respondents for various research studies. 
    • Help ensure the timely recruitment and delivery of qualified respondents, adhering to project deadlines and requirements. 
    • Participate in quality control measures to maintain accuracy and representativeness in recruited respondents. 
  3. Team Support: 
    • Assist in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the team. 
    • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the team’s professional development. 
    • Help allocate resources effectively to ensure balanced workloads and meet project deadlines. 
  4. Process Assistance: 
    • Identify opportunities to improve field management processes, contributing to efficiency and quality in respondent recruitment. 
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare market research and respondent recruitment methodologies. 
    • Assist in implementing tools and technologies to optimize vendor management and respondent recruitment processes.
  5. General Operations Assistance:
    • Supporting the Sr. Manager and COO in various ad hoc initiatives related to items including but not limited to company efficiency, marketing, business development, and event planning.
  6. Compliance and Pharmacovigilance Support:
    • Assist the Compliance team in day-to-day execution and diligence. Identify breaches in compliance SOP and communicate with Compliance Associate on an ad hoc basis. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, psychology, healthcare administration, market research, business). 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare market research, with exposure to field management and respondent recruitment. 
  • Familiarity with vendor management and an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and external vendors. 
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making. 
  • Proficiency in using market research tools and technologies, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

You’ll be involved in interesting and impactful projects for some of the world’s biggest brands. You will get great mentoring, and exposure to a variety of academic experts. There is the possibility of a full-time job upon graduation.
