Ashley is a social and behavioral scientist with 13+ years of experience leading global research and strategy initiatives across more than 10 countries. Before joining BEESY, she directed multimillion-dollar portfolios across three federal agencies, translating behavioral insights into actionable strategies for large-scale health programs.
A storyteller at heart, Ashley excels at transforming complex research into compelling narratives that drive impact. She’s passionate about understanding what drives people’s health-related choices and designing programs, products, and strategies that resonate with real human experiences.
Ashley holds a PhD and MPH in Health Promotion and Behavior from the University of Georgia, where she focused extensively on communication sciences and qualitative research methods. She’s also a proud graduate of Spelman College, where she earned her BS in Biology.
Beyond data and dashboards, Ashley is inspired by spaces that tell stories, from contemporary art museums to curated interiors and atmospheric dining experiences where ambiance is as intentional as the menu. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, woodworking, and giving her mom gray hairs by traveling unbeaten paths.
