POSITION TITLE: Operations Associate(s)
POSITION DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS: Manage operational processes and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficiency for consumer and healthcare behavioral research projects, including internal and client logistics and research participant recruitment. Collaborate with research teams to understand qualitative and quantitative research needs. Apply quantitative methods to analyze current processes, program protocols, and spot recruitment bottlenecks. Use scheduling database to automate moderator scheduling. Develop and automate CRM workflow and analyze marketing performance metrics. Incorporate AI into core operations. Multiple openings. Requires: MS in Operations Research, Behavioral and Decision Sciences, Economics, or a related field; 20-month experience; knowledge of behavioral science & UX research. Proficient in advanced Excel, AI tools, Clickup & HubSpot CRM.

Pay/Benefits: $94,910 – $97,000 per year; Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan options.
